LICENSEES AND PARTNERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Licensees are event organizers that pay an annual fee of $2000 per year and will not be charged for listing.  Partners are pay-per-list event organizers, listing fee for Partner is $100 per event. 

Licensees will be charged with 5% of gross sale and Partners will be charged with 7% of gross sale. 

 

Cancellation:

 

- 7 working days before event campaign going live cancellation fee is free.  If cancellation is informed less than 7 working days, $50 will be charged for Licensee or $100 for Partner.

Material: Signed bookings are to be received no later than 10 working days prior to campaign commencement – if no such contract is received within that time the event space will be released for sale.

EVENT PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

MeGoLink discount codes are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating business. By purchasing a MeGoLink, you are purchasing the product or service from the merchant.

MeGoLink excludes all responsibility and liability in relation to merchants who promote their service or product on MeGoLink. MeGoLink will not be responsible for errors, omissions or mis-statements or be liable for any loss or damage however caused by a participating merchant.

MeGoLink 's are valid for the period stated on the advertised MeGoLink. MeGoLinks can be redeemed at the participating merchant for the value stated on the MeGoLink, subject to any terms and conditions that are made available to the buyer.

 

Guidelines regarding children

MeGoLink takes the protection of children's privacy very seriously. We do not encourage participation or visitation by children. Visitors who are known to be under the age of 13 are prohibited from becoming a member. Anyone under the age of eighteen is discouraged from participating in any adult related discussions or message boards.
